The heaven-made match of Cheesecake and Cappuccino – Burning Brownie

Whether you have a sweet tooth, you are a cheese lover or you just fancy a cup of hot steaming Coffee,Burning Brownie’s menu will have you drooling!

Burning Brownie is a small yet an appealing café in Beverly Centre, F/6 Islamabad with another branch in Olympus Mall F-11.

Last week, to satisfy my late night cravings, I went to try out the menu of Burning Brownie. I ordered their Cheese cake (enriched with strawberry sauce) and paired it with a cup of Cappuccino.

The Cheese cake – with strawberry Sauce:

The cheesecake was smooth and divine. Light-weight , yet perfectly balanced between the top cheesy layers and the crispy crust. The cheese top, when dribbled with the strawberry sauce of perfect consistency  overwhelmed my taste buds. The combination was heavenly.  The price is fairly stated as 420/- per piece which I believe is worth every penny.

After tasting the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, I believe, that the hype for Burning Brownie’s cheesecake is real.  

To make an energetic combination, I ordered a cappuccino along with the cheesecake.

The Cappuccino:

To fall below my expectations, the coffee was a failure. Alone, it was so plain with no excitement. But, when paired with the luscious cheesecake, it did give a bit of rush.

Summarizing my experience;

This delicious cheesecake will live up to your expectations, as well as the best one that you’ll taste in twin cities. On the contrary, coffee needs more of improvement.

Besides, the ambience deserves appreciation as the space is small yet so attractively decorated with artwork, relaxing and cozy. It is a bit over pricey but I believe, the astonishing taste and aroma makes every penny worth it.
